• Estimator

  We are currently seeking a Full-Time Estimator responsible for estimating RFPs, submitting proposals for current, as well as, prospective customers and ensuring “on-time”, successful completion of all projects in a cost effective and profitable manner.

  Job Summary

  Duties Include but is not limited to:

  • Attending job walks
  • Visiting job sites as needed and required
  • Ensure effective planning to achieve on time project completion
  • Timely submission of all required paperwork for projects and bids
  • Contact and follow up with all prospective and active clients
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Prospecting and bidding new business
  • Work as a team player to foster and maintain effective working relationships with fellow
    employees and customers

  Education and Experience

  • Experience in Abatement and Demolition field is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in estimating
